Crazy conversations had on the phone this morning

'Hi, I need you to log a job to get my network fixed'
Sure, I can do that for you. (takes all details and is about to put through to techs...)
'No, you can't put me through, my car is parked in short term parking and I have to go move it.'
Ok, well once you've moved your car, give us a call back and quote this job number and we can put you throw to your techs.
'hang on, I have to get a pen'
[2 minutes later]
'Ok, now with this job, I think it's these things that are playing up, there are 4 rooms worth I need checking'
Oh Kay, is there anyway I can get the details of those rooms and those things you need checked? The guys will ask for them.
'Sure, hang on a sec while I go run down to those rooms'
*DIDN'T THIS WOMAN NEED TO MOVE HER CAR 5 MINUTES AGO*!!!
[3 minutes later]
'Ok, here are the details, oh hang on this one is wrong. I'll just run back and get the proper details'

No word of a lie, this went on for almost 10 minutes of her running backwards and forwards. And then I had to remind her that she still needed to move her car. She still didn't want me to put her through to her technicians either. Crazy!

'Hi this is old mate from We Want Your Money realestate, just letting you know that the house you recently put an offer in on and had it cruelly rejected becuase the people dont know what they are doing is having an open house tomorrow. Are you interested in having a look through or putting another offer in?'
Well dont think thats up to us mate since we were told the offer was between x and y and this was incorrect information fed to us by your agency. The sellers aren't even vaguely interested in going below y for starters. And they rejected all our previous offers, so probably not.
'Oh, so you dont want to offer greater than y for the place?'
Er, nope. I dont think so.
'Oh, er, ok, well just thought we'd let you know.'
Thank you for getting our hopes again and thinking that those people had had a change of heart and realised that they were pushing excrement uphill with their over-priced expectations. You have a lovely day now.
*please not, grossly exaggerated conversation but I guess you will get the point*

What is the deal with that call? We already rang the agent and said we weren't interested in going any higher. Wonder what will happen with the open house tomorrow. Curse them for making me think and hope with that place again!
